By accessing and using Cantus ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, End User License Agreement (EULA), and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Platform.
Cantus has a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. This includes but is not limited to:
Violation of this policy will result in immediate content removal and may result in permanent account termination. Cantus reserves the right to report illegal content to appropriate authorities.
To maintain a safe community, Cantus employs the following measures:
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Platform and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Platform. By posting content, you grant Cantus a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit and to grant the rights granted herein.
When you approve a collaboration request and share stems or other source files with another user, you grant that user a limited license to create derivative works based on your content. The specific terms of each collaboration should be agreed upon between the parties involved.
Users who receive collaboration access must credit the original creator appropriately and may not commercially exploit derivative works without explicit written permission from the original content owner.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, your profile information and associated data will be permanently removed. Some content you have shared may remain visible to other users but will be disassociated from your account. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
The Platform may provide a marketplace for users to offer and purchase services. Cantus acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services offered.
All transactions between users are the sole responsibility of the parties involved. Users should exercise due diligence before engaging in any transaction.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.
The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Cantus makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Cantus, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
